    • Visual FiveWin Release 2.4.91(32 bit)/ Release 2.0.91(16 bit) is now available.
    • Unicode FiveWin Release 2.4.91 without using any one of the FiveTech's libraries is now available below.

    • A much simplified version of Visual FiveWin with much less features is built from the modified free source codes of Build 83 by Antonio Linares, and is available for sales with FiveWin for Harbour at FiveTechsoft.com.

      • Those source codes are also available at http://code.google.com/p/visualfw.
    • Visual FiveWin(Jkide32.exe) and Unicode FiveWin(Jkide32u.exe) are now built with xHarbour 1.2.1 Rev. 6406 (26/3/09) and enhanced FWH2.4 without using fivehc.lib and fivehx.lib.
    • Includes latest bug fixes and enhancements.
    • Patch libraries (Build 91) and source codes (Build 83) included in 32 bit jkide91x.zip and 16 bit jkide91.zip.
    • METHOD SetFormat and cTime added to TDatePick Class.
    • Fix another long time undiscovered bug of TPrinter():New().
    • Speed up reading byte arrays in JComObject class.

      • includes sample project to rebuild FiveHx.lib (necessary whenever there is a change in the PCode Version in xHarbour eg. 0.80 upto 0.99.4 used version 5 , but 0.99.51 uses version 7).

  • Differences between FWide / FWide32 and JKide / JKide32
    • FWide.exe and FWide32.exe are produced by the modified versions of the original codes in the Visual subdirectory of FiveWin 2.0d , with most bugs fixed. They can be produced without using any patch libraries , but cannot run with expected result using recent FiveWin versions. When compiled with patch libraries, it may work with most FiveWin standard controls.
    • JKide.exe and JKide32.exe are enhanced versions of Fwide and Fwide32 with some additional JK controls and additional features. You can create, modify, save and reload forms for all the installed controls , and you can build exe for all non-JK controls with the free add-on patch libraries. However, you cannot build exe for forms containing JK controls.
    • Please refer to the table below for details.
