I am married to Rosemary and we have three children Richard, Rebekah and
Dorothy.We live in Palmerston North, Manawatu in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Professional Details
My social work and supervisory experience has been in the Justice,
Health and Social Work Education sectors. I work for Massey University's School of Sociology, Social Policy and Social Work
as a Lecturer in Social Work. I am also actively involved
in ANZASW both at a local branch and nationally.
My intention in creating this site was for it to be a place where the valuable
work of social work supervisors is appreciated. A site where the supervision
of social work practice is seen as a core field of social work practice
and which considers supervision to be a social workers most important professional
relationship.This site wasestablished on 11
