Our Collaborators

KYF enjoys good  working relationship with both the Youth organizations in Kenya and Overseas, Government, NGOs and United Nations Agencies.

Outstanding collaborators in the Government are Office of the Vice President, Ministry of Home Affairs, Heritage and Sports, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Environment, Department of Social Services among others

Outstanding collaborators in the Non-Governmental Organizations/ Community Service Organizations are GTZ, DED, Regional Land Management (RELMA), Kenya Freedom From Hunger Council (KFFHC), Community Education Concern (CEC), Kenya National Food Union (KNFU), Institute of Development Studies (IDS), NSFCK among others.

Outstanding collaborators in the UN system are Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), United Nations Development Programme - United Nations Volunteers (UNDP(UNV)), United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP), HABITAT among others.

Since KYF inception in 1998, it has developed cordial relationship with several youth organizations in Kenya and Overseas and belongs to several youth networks throughout the world. Currently KYF is the Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) National Lead Agency, Secretariat for World Food Summit 2002 Kenya Youth Team and FAO Rural Youth Network. This is in line with the Kenya Youth Foundation motto : “Building Youth Solidarity Globally”.
