Courses have been Kay's prime occupation over the last 12 months and in particular computing. Her web mastering skill have been beneficial and by viewing these web pages you are seeing the results of her acquired knowledge. She still hopes and plans at present to delve deeper into programming.

In this pursuit of knowledge she has developed a library of computing books, quite a few she has bought as new. I can't say though she has read them all in view of the size and weight of them although when she bought them she intended to and some of the accompanying CD's remain unused in their packaging!

Quote: -

"I always wanted to know what all the buttons on the software I was using did and realise how inadequate the training of the use of software is. In my opinion it is being taught all wrong. You are taught the basics, then given a little more knowledge and then the advanced knowledge followed by the expert. It is very insulting as the expert knowledge is no more difficult to master assuming you know how to click a button. Everyone should be experts immediately and it is the training that is at fault. If you are someone in authority reading this who can actually do something about this please email me and I will outline in detail what I mean! You really do have to teach yourself computing - good luck."
