Striker Giuseppe Signori scored twice as he led Bologna to their fourth consecutive home victory. Midfielder Tomas Locatelli and Argentine Julio Cruz rounded out the scoring for the home side. Bari lost their 18th match of the season and remain bottom of the table while Bologna climb to eighth.

Argentines Diego Simeone and Hernan Crespo each scored to put Lazio 2-0 ahead before Brazilian Jeda cut the deficit for Vicenza in the 89th minute. Crespo is now tied with AC Milan's Andriy Shevchenko for the league's leading scorer this season with 19 goals. With the loss, Vicenza are fourth from bottom, level with Napoli on 28 points.

Georgian Kakha Kaladze rescued AC Milan with his second goal of the season in injury time, giving Cesare Maldini's side their 11th draw of the season. Lecce had taken the lead on a Cristiano Lucarelli penalty in the 35th minute but two quick goals in five minutes from Oliver Bierhoff and Andriy Shevchenko restored the lead for the visitors. Davor Vugrinec's brilliant shot 40 seconds into the second half brought Lecce level before an unmarked Alberto Savino headed the home side into the lead in the 67th minute to set up Kaladze's last minute effort.

Juventus drew their eighth match of the season, dropping them to six points behind league leaders AS Roma. An entertaining match saw both sides attack from the start, with Juve coming close several times to breaking the deadlock. [Full match report]

Seldom used South Korean Jung Hwahn Ahn drilled home his first Serie A goal well into injury time as Perugia came from behind against Atalanta. The visitors took the lead on a Nicola Ventola header after 25 minutes before Giovanni Tedesco brought the home side level with his sixth goal of the season. Cristiano Doni put Atalanta back on top with a penalty strike in the 70th minute before Ahn fired home his game-tying heroics.

Serie A leaders AS Roma won their league high 19th match of the season. Goals from Vincenzo Montella, Damiano Tommasi and Hidetoshi Nakata ensured victory. Udinese lost for the seventh time in 14 matches at home and have yet to draw a league match at the Friuli Stadium this season.

Reggina won their second away match of the season and first ever at Verona, keeping alive their hopes of staying in Italy's top flight. Davide Dionigi put the visitors in the lead after 19 minutes and Franceso Cozza doubled the score three minutes before halftime. Verona were reduced to nine men after Brazilian Adailton and defender Luigi Apolloni were sent off in the second half. In injury time, Portuguese forward Jose' Mamede scored his first goal in Serie A to round out the scoring.

Veteran Roberto Baggio scored on a magnificently-placed free kick deep into injury time, securing Brescia's 11th draw of the season. Napoli had taken the lead two minutes after the break on a Nicola Amoruso penalty but squandered several opportunities to close out the match.

Italy international Christian Vieri scored twice to lift his league total to 14 goals as Inter Milan won their 11th match of the season. Frenchman Stephane Dalmat scored his first goal for Inter with a brilliant long range shot and forward Hakan Sukur added another as the home side stormed to a 4-0 lead. Fiorentina got on track with goals from Mauro Bressan and with Enrico Chiesa's 17th of the season midway through the second half but could not overcome the early defict. This was Fiorentina's first loss under recently-appointed manager Roberto Mancini.
