It's safe to say that none of this episode's plot had any real relation to the anime or manga. This includes: Rei being the only one who knows Minako's identity, the strong animosity between Rei and Minako, Minako's "six more months" thing, the Queen Metaria who we can see is being revived but still can't talk to Queen Beryl yet, and everything involving Usagi, Mamoru and Hina (including the muffler).
