Sailor Chibi-Moon
came to 20th century world because Neo-Queen wants her
to train with the senshis.
Chibi-Moon first appeared in Sailor Moon Super. Then, in SuperS,
Chibi-Moon fights along side Sailormoon. The attack in SuperS involved
in Chibi-Moon calling upon pegusus. So, without her, Sailor Moon probably
couldn't even use her Moon Gorgeous Meditation attack.
Chibi-Moon's dream of growing up was realized when the Dead Moon Circus
switched her age with Sailormoon. Thus Sailor Chibi-Moon is a teenager (and
Sailor Moon is a child ^_^),
and she was very happy. However, since she has grown up, Chibi-Usa can nolonger
reach for her love, pegusus.
