Chibi Chibi is the light of hope. Her identity is releavled on the final
episode of Sailor Moon Sailor Stars.
In civilian form, Chibi Chibi is reconized as Usagi's younger sister.
She looks like Usagi (She has her Odango ^_^).
Many people thought that Chibi Chibi is Usagi's second child.
But as Setuna points out, Usagi only gave birth to one child -- Chibi-Usa.
Chibi Chibi, the light of hope hangs around Usagi because Usagi is kind
hearted.
The Threelights feel that Chibi Chibi reminds them of the princess because
around Chibi Chibi, Seiya, Taiki and Yaten feels the love and hope of their princess.
