Prince Demando
Price Demando is Safiiru's older brother.
His goal is to reclaim Crystal Tokyo, but he was mislead by Wiseman.
Wiseman read his future and told him
that he would have Neo-Queen Serenity as the future queen.(He lied ofcours)
Since he loves her, he starts to forget about his real mission
and obeyed Wiseman. Wiseman secretly plan to call upon the
death phantom. When Safiiru got suspicious and spied on Wiseman,
Safiiru found out that he and Demando were being decieved.
Safiiru then told Demando not to trust Wiseman, but
Demando said he's all they've got. It's
not until the death of Safiiru did Demando slowly come to realized
Wiseman is using them. So, Demando try to kill Wiseman and
took
a blow that was meant for Sailor Moon which later cost him
his life. His last comments
were that the citizens of dark moon have hope for the
future and he asked Sailor Moon to look after (his people) the Ayakashi Sisters.

Safiiru
Safiiru is the younger brother of Prince Demando. He loves his brother and
is devolted to him. He always remind Demando only to fufill their
purpose -- change the past and get revenge for their ancestors
who were exiled from Earth by Neo-Queen Serenity.
When Safiiru overheard Wiseman's plan
of calling upon the Death Phantaom, he tried to stop him by taking
the key card of the black crystal. But Wiseman calls him a traitor
and killed him infront of Prince Demando who stands shocked at the death
of his beloved brother.

Esmeraude
Esmeraude loves Prince Demando and is willing to do anything to have him.
But Prince Demando loves Neo-Queen\Sailor Moon. So, Esmeraude
asked Wiseman to predict her future and he says that
she would be the future queen of dark moon if she kills Sailor Moon.
(he lied ofcourse. He used her to kill the senshis)
So, she asked for more power and fight against the senshis. She fails and
died. Her last word was "Demando."
