1/1/05: If the last one was Secret Santa gift, then I suppose that this one is a New Year's Resolution. This had me chuckling for some random reason, so I hope it has a bit of the same effect on you. Either that, or I'm a raving sadistic psycho.

5/17/04: Sorry for the lack of updates, but I've got reasons! First, the little gremlin inside my computer decided to brainwash my mouse and graphics card into trying to kill me. Then, I had another thing with a thing. And of course, I was and still am as sick as a dog. Good thing I don't get paid, right?
5/11/04: Doesn't it seem a little odd that all of Dr. Light's inventions seem to be found in pods? Makes you start to think that maybe Megaman X wasn't such a big deal in terms of "ooooh, look! He's in a pod!" In fact, where is X in this comic? Although, if you usually find him in a pod...
5/10/04: No sooner that I get comfy in my updating chair that I start saying "me tired". So... me tired.
5/9/04: Lookie here! Another comic! Huzzah and stuff. Well, it looks like I'll be here to stay, even if things tend to overshadow my b-day often.
5/7/04: "And from the ashes of every dead phoenix, a new one would rise". So yeah, I guess that should explain what today is. Frankly, after not doing the comic for so long, it just didn't feel right to leave it where it is. I've got about 20 strips on my computer that I never put up that sort of high-tailed Boredom into its latest storyline, and y'know what? They'll be up in a regular fashion, starting Sunday.
Does this mean that I plan on continuing Boredom? Yes, of course. I loved making this, and during my long hiatus, I looked through my entire archive at least 5 times, just enjoying the work that I had done.
Does this mean that Boredom will actually be continued? Hopefully. I know my track record hasn't been the greatest in the past, but I can at least tell you that you'll get 20some new strips if I suddenly lose any kind of work ethic.
And on another note, thanks to the fans for the email that I got every so often. It helped to give me the kick in the shin (metaphorically speaking of course) that I needed to start doing this again.
So happy Phoenix Day, which will forever now be known as the day that Boredom was reborn! But May 7th will most likely only be called that around here... |
