Soon after closing, I was busy starting my customizing.  This project was to lay tile in the kitchen and major walking areas.  The total project covered 550 square feet of flooring with 18" ceramic tile made by LDBrinkman.  Jessica and I loved this color tile as it was a mixture of 4 varying colors that gave depth to the rooms and hallways.  The pictures below show some work-in-progress and after shots.

Here are the finished shots of the kitchen.  Here you can also see the appliances that include a double convection oven, flat-top stove, and my stainless-steel Kitchen-Aid refrigerator.  Also seen are the cobalt blue pendant lights I installed from Italy.
