Pictures Index Home
Maggie turned two months old as we ushered the New Year in.  So hard to believe!  She smiles more with each day and seems to constantly be learning how to do something new.  Pictures can't begin to do her cuteness justice.
Super Maggie
Maggie's favorite game is Super Maggie, where you make her "fly."  You can see how much she loves it in these pictures.  The one on the left is actually probably my very favorite picture of her to date.  We've entered it in Live! With Regis and Kelly's Beautiful Baby Contest.  Wish us luck!
Mommy and Daddy Time
Maggie sure likes hanging out with Mommy and Daddy!  In the middle picture, although it is kind of hard to tell, she is wearing Daddy's tweed hat that he bought in Ireland last year and trying to decide if she likes it or not.  In the right picture, although again you can't really tell, she is wearing the first outfit she ever outgrew.  She was practically poured into it, and it made me want to cry.  When we brought her home, we didn't have any outfits that weren't too big for her!
Exercising Those Smile Muscles!
Maggie is such a happy girl!  In the right picture, she is even laughing!  The middle picture is of her getting changed out of her jammies and into an outfit for the day.  When we first brought her home, she screamed bloody murder whenever we put her on the changing table, but as you can see by the enormous grin on her face, it's now one of her favorite places, especially in the morning.  She is always full of smiles when she first wakes up!
The Maggie Football Montage
Here Maggie is in all her football glory.  Her Forty Niners outfit is way too big on her yet (it's really for next year) but since they are, ahem, the only one of her Mommy and Daddy's two favorite teams to make it to the playoffs this year, we felt she should wear it at least briefly on game day.  And isn't she cute in her little Vikings running suit?  Although it does beg the question - who decided newborns needed running suits?  LOL!
General Cuteness
In the upper left is a picture of one of the few times she has actually successfully sucked her thumb.  I'm not sure I'm thrilled she is picking up this habit, but it's better than a pacifier (no desperately searching the house for a missing thumb...at least I hope not!) and it sho' is cute!  In the lower left, Daddy was making her do her best impression of J. Lo and the infamous Grammy dress.  Finally, I include the two pictures on the right for no other reason than they are cute (this is, after all,  the "General Cuteness" category), and I dare anyone to challenge me on that!
