I have only been using this for about a month. So far so good. It seems to be helping a bit. I have fibromyalgia and although I have alot of pain with my fibro and I am on other medications. I still find this is starting to help. For me it will probably take a bottle or two before it really kicks in. Anyway I totally recommend this.
