FEOH is a "sending-Rune." It increases psychic power and acts as a channel for the transference of  power or protection between persons or from person to object. It is associated with personal or social evolution &  monetary wealth. Its power is that of conserving & rechanneling what has been gained & learned throughout life.
In Divination: The primary meaning is wealth. Something gained through the expenditure of one's own energy; a conquest rather than a gift. A significator of opposition successfully overcome. This opposition may be of a personal kind & eminate from one particular opponent, or it may be impersonal and arise merely from adverse circumstances. Unless the rest of the Runes in the cast are negative, ther occurrence of FEOH upright suggests that the enquirer will eventually win out over opposing forces, especially when it falls in the Result position.
This Rune can also refer to an emotional gain or a romantic conquest. In cases where the querent is unsure if his feelings are returned or if there is a rival or suspected rival,
FEOH indicates that a declaration of affection will be well-received. ("Faint heart never won fair lady!")
The Moon represtent the "Great Mother" who was often represented as a cow; the cow's milk was sacred to her. The aspects of mothering: preservation, nourishing, protection, "preservation of food for wintertime" & conservation.
Querent may be pasing  through a period where it is necessary toconserve or consolidate resources, whether physical or material. Signifies the successful development or completion of projects already underway. Ventures still at the planning stage may be held in reserve for a later time.

FEOH represents the conservative approach, particularly when it is paired with other Runes that represent caution.
  When accompanied by negative Runes,
FEOH advises against changing horses in midstream, though often predicting success in the matter in hand. Indicates that the querent has become discouraged; in contemplating withdrawal. Indicates eventual success.
FEOH reversed: Indicates "loss or failure if the course already embarked upon  is adhered to." Frustration & difficulties in money matters; disagreements & arguments in emotional relationships; breaking asunder. (In combination with positive Runes, this may be only temporary.)
In combination with negative signs = plans underway should be abandoned.
In combination with positive signs = delay.

UR reversed: Do not let an opportunity to show what you can do slip through your fingers. In a negative runecast: This is an opportunity you should allow to pass by.
