After A Saiyan becomes a Super Saiyan, he becomes aware of how he reached such a state of being, and so this is how we know the Qualifications of a Super Saiyan...
1. Must be at least partly Saiyan.
2.Must possess at least enough power to potentially surpass the limits of a common Saiyan.
3.Must be Pure/have a pure Heart.
Extreme rage triggers the Realisation of Being a Super Saiyan. After the First Transformation into a Super Saiyan, the Transformation becomes relatively easier each additional time.
Little Known Facts

In The Episode where Goku fights Little Buu as Super Saiyan 3, Vegeta is Off to the side watching and contemplating Goku's actions and powers throughout the years. This explains Goku's little hair cut ing the Garlic Junior's movie where his hair was cut by this sword, and the next scene his hair was back to normal. Gotenks jumps in and tries to overcone Goku, but Goku turns ito Super Saiyan 2 and the water basin explodes leaving a naked Goku happily staring down at his attacker. Bulma and Chi-chi rush forward to cover up their little warrior..er..warriors.
26.Perhaps, when you first heard Goku's Japenese voice, you thought, "Ha! That's pretty funny!!! It sounds like a girl!" Guess what? You're right. That means that Gohan, and Goten's voices. Krillin's voice is also a woman!

34.I Couldn't leave this ou t Vegetto is the stronges character in the Z series, Vegetto's fusion was permanent but Buu is magical and somehow cancelled the magic when Vegetto was inside and dropped his shield. One thing is that once Buu absorbs someone he gets there power, I am not sure but once Vegetto splitted into Goku and Vegeta, did the still have a barrier or some kind of shield with them? Or else Buu would have gotten their powers.

He also said that only one person was suppose to appear every 1000 years! Goku was suppose to be the only one to do so, so I guess that is why they introduce Brolly. Ss4 is not a normal SS stage where they are suppose to have gold hair instead Black hair, grew taller. red fur, Weird pants, longer hair, and red outlines of their eyes.
