This is news I have to post, no matter how busy I am. According to an article in the Star-Telegram, Flickerstick is no longer signed to Epic records. In an article titled "Flickerstick Peels Off Label" Brandin says "This whole thing is not something we're upset about in the least," Lea says. "We just see this as an opportunity to go further and have a little bit more control and say-so in what we do. We signed so fast, it felt like everything was out of our hands, so we're relieved that we're back to doing what we want to do, and we feel a little bit smarter about labels now.". Another thing he talks about in the article is the bands plan to release an independent live album this fall. To read the whole article click here.
My personal response to the whole subject...good ridance to Epic, you didnt do shit for the band anyway. I hope they find a label that's actually willing to work for them!!!!

I am EXTREMELY sorry for the lack of updates but here's some news from the band and I promise to keep up with everything from now on!
I added some new show dates with the Cranberries for the west coast. They are playing a show in Las Vegas at Rain@The Palms (7/3)...I've seen a show at this place, not your average concert venue.
First off it's a club, and there's a dress code. And the set-up is weird. If you stand in front of the stage you will literally be at the bands feet...it is VERY high. There is also a stgae type place where you can stand at eye level with the band...it's just not as close. Also I can promise you this is a 21+ show because first off it's in a casino, and they serve alcohol *the bartenders are great ;)
If you want more info on the place check out thier site Rain - Las Vegas or email me
