- Seaspan Doris is operated by Seaspan Coastal Intermodal Company, which is part of the Washington Marine Group. Seaspan Coastal Intermodal transports truck trailers and rail cars between Delta, B.C. (Tilbury terminal), Nanaimo, and Swartz Bay.
- Throughout a normal week, Seaspan Doris operates on both the Tilbury-Swartz Bay route and Tilbury-Nanaimo route.
- Built in 1968, the Seaspan Doris was originally named Doris Yorke. She was built for F. M. Yorke & Son for use between the Mainland and Vancouver Island. She later joined the Canadian Pacific fleet which was bought by Seaspan Coastal Intermodal in November of 1998.
