Origin of the Name:
- Dogwood Princess II - The dogwood flower (from the dogwood tree) is the official flower of British Columbia and was part of the B.C. Ferries logo until the spring of 2003. The B.C. Ferry fleet was often nicknamed the "Dogwood Fleet."
