NEWS - 08 September 2008
John Lind, Chairman of the East Coast Reunion Committee, forwards the following : "Our committee will be meeting again at 1100 hrs on September 25th, 2008 at the Fairview Legion. We will be discussing venues for our various Reunion functions. We welcome all input and encourage everyone available to attend. We also would like to have more volunteers involved. There was a meeting of the 2010 Reunion Committee on 23 May 2008. Chairman John Lind has forwarded the minutes. Sounds like the plan is really taking shape and everyone needs to start planning to be in Halifax in September 2010. Read the minutes here

RIDE THE RAILS TO THE REUNION
Dave Thomson (Entry 04) is hoping to organize a train trip from the West Coast to Halifax for the 2010 reunion. If sufficient people are interested then perhaps one of the rail companies will provide special arrangements and pricing. Any interested west-coasters (all Entries) are encouraged to contact Dave at 250-743-5263

REUNION DATES AND TENTATIVE PROGRAM
The dates for the next reunion are September 15 - 19, 2010 (Wednesday to Sunday). A tentative program is attached "here".
As well, John Lind has asked that the following information be posted:
- "Anyone wishing to attend our annual dinner (19 Oct 07) can contact Rudy, myself or any member of the committee.
- The minutes of any of our planning meetings are available upon request by contacting Larry Buchanan or myself.
- For planning purposes we will need to have an idea of how many are planning to attend the 2010 Reunion - so come on down, let's have a blast FOR the past and make it a memorable time.
