In the last years prices of racing catamarans have surged up to a level which is likely to prevent any further development of the multihull movement. Therefore this promotion is aimed to give a competitive boat to eveyone willing to sail the 2002 A class Worlds to be held at Martha's Vineyard next september.
This are the main terms of our offer:

Since we need to receive at least 12 order to complete a 40' container thus cutting down the freight bill, we have decided to extend this offer to the:
2002 BIM 16 (carbon mast/spinnaker kit included), the same boat so successfully sailed by WF Oliver last spring. This boat again with beach trolley and tramp cover will be offered at USD 8,500 ex Norfolk (VA) freight, duties and taxes included. On request this boat can be delivered with a mast build to take a double trapeze and higher genaker hound as allowed by F16 HP rules. Also a bigger mainsail and genaker can be delivered on request.
Please do not contact our US agent with regard to this promotion. In order to keep down prices we have cut ALSO his margin. Anyway, if our initiative is successfull, our US agent will take care of boats' delivery to their purchaser, as well as post-selling assistance.

The BIM 16, which has it's own one-design class in Italy, is grandfathered into the F16HP class as a 1-up foundation boat. The can be made a pure F16 HP on request
