Selected Victor Herbert Discography

This discography includes recordings of Victor Herbert works or recordings that contain substantial amounts of works by Victor Herbert issued on CDs. In addition, selected LPs are included, though not necessarily identified as such. Some early Victor Herbert recordings have been reissued on CDs and LPs. There is no attempt to identify which recordings are in print at any given time. Consult regular commercial sources such as Amazon.com or Footlight.com for current availability. Of particular importance are the concert versions by the The Comic Opera Guild of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and available from them. Although these performances and studio recordings were made with two pianos and not full orchestra, they include many works without any previously known significant recordings.
