| This is a new thing I'm trying out. I have here a delicious recipe given to me by Beth and Jamie for a great Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip/Spread. Enjoy!! INGREDIENTS 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup butter 1/4 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup confectioners sugar 2 T brown sugar 3/4 cup small chocolate chips graham crackers (to spread on) INSTRUCTIONS Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and butter until fluffy. Add sugars and beat. Stir in chocolate. Form into a ball, wrap in saran wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with graham crackers. If desired, you may roll in nuts before serving.
