***All Students Years in School will be determined in comparison to Harry Potter and his age in the books. This is only due to the fact that a specific year does not ever seem to have been established and it is simply easier to determine age in comparison to the central character.Though there are surely countless foreign wizarding schools, only two have yet been mentioned in the books. These schools are Durmstrang and Beauxbatons. Their exact geographical locations are unknown though it is clear that Durmstrang is somewhere cold and implied near Bulgaria and Beauxbatons is most likely in France. Beauxbaton's school symbol is 2 crossed golden wands each emitting 3 stars.
Fluer Delaclour~ She was the Beauxbaton's champion in the Tri-Wizard Tournament. She attended the Yule Ball with Roger Davies. As of Book 6; Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, she is engaged to Bill Weasley and working at Gringott's Wizard Bank to improve her english. Fleur's wand is 9 and 1/2 inches long, inflexible and madde of rosewood and veela hair from her grandmother.
Gabrielle Delaclour~ Sister of Fleur Delaclour, she was taken as most prized to
Fleur in the 2nd task of the Triwizard Tournament. When Fleur was unable to
complete the task, Harry Potter rescued Gabrielle from the depths of the lake and returned her to her sister.
Igor Karkarov~ A tall and thin man with short white hair and goatee ending in a small curl, Karkarov was a death eater that upon Voldemort's return attempted to flee. He was found dead in Book 6; Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince He had a weak chin and very yellow teeth. Karkarov was headmaster of Durmstrang and fled Voldemort's return due to having given the Ministry of Magic numerous names of other death eaters.
Viktor Krum~ Viktor Krum is seeker for the Bulgarian Quidditch team. He is seen playing in the Quidditch world cup that Harry attends the summer before his fourth year at Hogwarts. Krum has a prominent curved nose and thick black eyebrows. Though when on a broom Viktor appears very graceful, on the ground he is bow-legged and usually has a hunched posture. Viktor attended the Yule Ball with Hermione Granger. He was the Durmstrang champion in the Tri-Wizard Tournament. Viktor's wand was created by Gregorovitch and is made of Hornbeam and dragon heartstring. It is 10 and 1/4 inches long.
Madame Maxime~ Maxime is said to be the same height as Rubeus Hagrid. She has an olive skinned face, large-black liquid looking eyes and a rather beaky nose. Her hair is usually seen drawn back in a shining knob at the base of her neck.
Poliakoff~ Durmstrang Student brought to Hogwarts to enter his name in the Tri-Wizard tournament.
