Food
Terrestrial and semi-aquatic salamanders eat pillbugs, beetles, earthworms, small millipedes, aphids of newly medamorphosed larvae, insects, small moths, and other night-flying insects.  Aquatic sallies require small aquatic invertebrates such as fairy, or brine shrimp, daphnia and other small water flees.
