Who are the Post Gurus?
The post gurus consist of people working in the quality field today or, at least, a closely related field. For example, I consider Peter Senge to be one of the post gurus. He developed the concept of the Learning Organization. True, training (or education) is not per se part of Quality, but it is very closely related. As a matter of course, good quality depends on an organization's ability to educate its work force, so this may be considered the foundation for quality.
Other people that I will discuss include...Tom Peters and Stephen Covey. I am sure there will be others, but I really have not started writing these theses.
