This Summer

Denton chess club are proud to announce that they will be entering a team in this years summer league.

Later in 2008

Later this year Denton will be entering one team in the Stockport winter league, and two teams in the Manchester league.

The extra teams are only possible because of the growing amount of interest the club has attracted since its change of venue to the Boundary.

We now have a great room to play inter-club matches,club games or tuition of new players.

There is a very good restaurant style food outlet

on site, now featuring a new carvery as well as the regular menu, and a friendly helpful landlord.

There is a games room and even extension beer gardens,and nothing to stop you having a game of chess outside in the fresh air on a warm summers evening.

What more could we ask?

Only that you come and take a look for yourself..You wont be disappointed.
