LUCKY - Lucky was our first foster dog for MAGDRL. He staid with us for several months before going to his new permanent home. Lucky above was demonstrating his silly pet trick. Sticking an entire stuffed ball in his mouth. |

Bones - Bones was my first true rescue. He was turned into MAGDRL by a vet who had convinced his owners to give him up. He was 36 inches tall and weighed just 67 pounds. Poor Bones could not walk when I got him.
Bones lived with us for 6 months while we nursed him back to health. When he was placed he was a beautiful boy weighing 120 pounds. He was a very smart affectionate dog that could open doors and let himself in and out of the house or the refrigerator. |

Astro - Astro was turned over to MAGDRL by his owner because she could not afford to keep him. Astro was very skinny when he came to me but a very sweet quiet dog. He staid with us for approx. 3 months before going to his new home. |

OMAR - Omar was turned into MAGDRL by his owners because they could not afford him. He was extremely emaciated and had a staph infection on his skin with open sores. He was timid when he first arrived. After several months his skin cleared up, he gained weight and confidence and was ready for his new home. |

John - John was turned over to MAGDRL because his owners were moving across country and could not take him. He was a big loveable pup that had some basic obedience training and was great with other animals and children. He was placed with the receptionist at my vets office. |
