Guest Biographies
RIC MEYERS is the movie columnist for Inside Kung-fu and Asian Cult Cinema magazines, as well as the author
of Great Martial Arts Movies: From Bruce Lee to Jackie Chan and More. He has appeared as a martial arts
movie expert on A&E, the Discovery Channel, Bravo, and Starz Encore Cable channels. He was a guest lecturer
on Hong Kong cinema at Brigham Young University and the City College of New York. He has provided audio
commentary track for more than twenty DVDs, including Once Upon a Time in China, Dragon Inn,
The Duel, Drunken Master, and The Assassin. For his work helping to introduce HK cinema in America, he was recently
inducted into both the World and Worldwide Maritial Arts Halls of Fame.
