Q: Help My screen whent blank what do I do?
A: Here is Cybiko’s answer to the problem. I can’t really help
you because I have never experienced that problem.

1001 SOLUTION: That just means there was a PROBLEM somewhere along the download line and a file got misplaced. No PROBLEM: you have to run the last version of autoupdate.exe.
If your Cybiko computer is connected through COM1:
1. download autoupdate.zip from
http://www.cybiko.com/download/AutoUpdate.zip
2. unzip and run autoupdate.exe
3. choose 'Full Update' if you have no personal data or 'Custom Update' if you want to keep phone book records and other personal data.
4. connect your Cybiko computer to the PC COM1
5. push the reset button (if your Cybiko computer doesn't have slide switch)
or
switch off/on your Cybiko computer (if it has slide switch).
Autoupdate will update the Cybiko computer.

If your Cybiko computer is connected through COM2, COM3, or higher you have to run autoupdate.exe several times. The COM port # of each autoupdate.exe session is indicated in the caption bar of the program. Continue to run autoupdate.exe until the correct COM port # will appear in the caption bar.
So, imagine your Cybiko computer is connected to the PC trough COM2.
How to use AutoUpdate in this case?
Follow p.1-2 above. Then:
3. Run autoupdate.exe
4. Run autoupdate.exe again (second session)
5. Choose Full or Custom Update in the SECOND AutoUpdate session
6. Connect Cybiko computer to COM2
7. Press Reset button (or switch off/on) on the Cybiko computer.
Second session of AutoUpdate will update the Cybiko computer.

Q: My Batteries Don’t Last Long how can I fix that?
A: Once Again here is cybiko’s answer
#1005 PROBLEM: My batteries last less than 5-9 hours of continuous play time, can I improve it? What do I do?
#1005 ANSWER: YES! It means the battery contacts are oxidized. Simply unscrew the 2 screws holding the battery cover, remove the batteries carefully and clean the contacts on either end of each battery AND the contacts inside the Cybiko computer with a file, emery paper or broach file. Replace the batteries back into the Cybiko computer making sure to follow the correct direction (don't mix the polarity). Screw the back cover back onto the Cybiko computer. Now, charge your Cybiko computer and enjoy. Next time you may need to clean the contacts again won't be for 3-5 months.
#1005 ANSWER: Make sure you charge your Cybiko computer overnight, charging it for only a little while will not fully charge your batteries.

Q: How Do I Download Games
A: Download cyberload onto your pc. There are two buttons called move and download. You use move to delete games and download to get new games. Simply check off the games or apps you want to have or delete then press either move or download. If you have any specific problems with this email me or alex.
