Help Article- Login Trouble
A lot of people I have talked to have had serious trouble logging into their cybiko.com accounts. I too used to have this problem. There are certain browsers that will not allow a cybiko user to login for example AOL. The problem occurs when a user tries to login everything is correct except it takes you back to the login screen. To avoid this problem siply switch over to Microsoft Internet Explorer and the login will work.
