NOTICE          NOTICE          NOTICE

Please note the following updated IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS for your anticipated travel arrangements.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:  A government issued photo ID indicating the passenger's name exactly as it appears on the airline ticket is required.  This is required for ALL persons 16 years and older.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS/TRAVEL Europe/Orient/South America/Central America/Caribbean/Cruises (limited), etc.; a valid U.S. Passport with expiration no less than 6 months after completion of travel.  Name on ticket must be exactly the same as on the Passport.

Caribbean (with some exceptions)/Mexico/Bahamas/Bermuda/Canada: A valid Passport is the best form of ID; in lieu thereof, an original Birth Certificate with a government raised seal and a government issued photo ID as above.  Again, a photo ID will be required of all persons 16 years and older.  The name on the ticket must be exactly the same as on the photo ID.  There are some area of the Caribbean that require a valid U.S. Passport.  Check with your travel consultant.

A child, under the age of 18, traveling with an adult who is not the parent or legal guardian must possess a notarized affidavit of other parental/guardian consent letter that authorizes the minor to travel and receive medical treatment in case of an emergency.

Some cruise lines now require photo ID of all children ages 6 to 17.  Please check with your travel consultant.

A married female using a Birth Certificate as proof of citizenship and whose photo ID is in her married name should carry a copy of the MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, which links the transition and validates the identification.  A valid U.S. Passport would eliminate this inconvenience.

In some cases, a Visa issued by the Country to be visited may be required.  It is best to check with your travel consultant or the Consulate for the latest requirement(s).

In all cases, nicknames are not acceptable and the reissue of travel documents could be costly.  Any person traveling with incorrect documents may be denied boarding and refunds will usually not be issued.
