.::Chapter Three::. //Sights and Such\\

The day was immediately spent following Megan around Sydney. She took them to a few historic spots, where only Sean was listening, Billy, Elijah, Dom and Orlando were goofing off, kind of like on a field trip. All of a sudden there was a strange rumbling noise.

“Stomach…it’s a bit past lunch time, don’t you think?” Billy asked, looking at his watch.

Megan grinned. “It’s 4 o’clock, of course it would be.”

“Let’s go to a restaurant.” Dom said.

“Not Planet Hollywood. I swear, he’s obsessed with the place.” Orlando said, pushing Dom out of the way.

Sean, in his mother hen-ny/Sam-ish nature, suggested “Why don’t we let Megan decide?”

“How about we go back to my place? I’m sure one of you boys can cook.” Megan replied. “I’m going to need help, I usually just cook for me and my room mate.”

“Room mate? Is she as lovely as you?” Dom asked.

“HE, is a studying law student, and he’s gay, so depending on how you swing, I guess so.” Megan said, winking at Dom, who stopped to think about this.

“Party at Megan’s!” Elijah yelled, and all the guys cheered like they were frat boys.

Orlando fussed about the kitchen like a grumpy old woman. “You know, Megan, you’re fooling about, next thing I know you’ll-“ He was cut off when she flung spaghetti sauce onto his face. “Megaan.”

“Orlaaaando…” Megan laughed. He wiped it off and looked at her sternly before he grinned.

“Alright, you better wait till I get this chicken done because you’re gonna get it.” Orlando said, getting some baked chicken out of the oven.

“You are so touchy, Bloom.” Megan laughed.

“Cuisine, it’s my secret passion.” Orlando replied.

“Really, I thought seeing yourself naked was.” Billy replied. Megan looked at Billy, who was sitting at her kitchen counter. “Long story, bodily excrements, don’t ask.”

“You had me gone at excrements.” Megan replied. Orlando spent his time arranging each plate and then while Megan was off talking to Billy, took a spoonful of spaghetti sauce that was left over and poured it onto her face.

“Red does a number on you.” Orlando grinned.

“Okay, I flung my sauce on you. You poured this on. I think pouring should require different cleaning.” Megan said, as it dripped onto her face.

“No, I think you should have to suffer and keep it on.” Orlando grinned. She eyed him as she wiped the sauce off of her face.

“You’ll get your goat, Bloom.” Megan replied, taking two plates to serve, as Orlando took the other four. Orlando looked at her and devilishly bleated.

During the dinner, there were random jokes about bodily excrements done by the wunderkinds that are Dom and Billy, and then a few comments about filming. “This is a nice place you have for a fresh out of medical school girl.” Orlando said.

“I had a good job before university. Singer. Quit because the ‘business tycoons’ were crazy. Still get royalties though.” Megan replied, chewing a bit.

“You’re kidding.” Billy replied.

“No.” Megan replied. “Well yes, maybe, a little. Okay, a lot. I was an only child for a long time! My parents got me the apartment last year, and then all of a sudden my mom spews forth another baby.”

“That’s funny…spews forth.” Elijah echoed.

“This is good food, Megan.” Dom commented. “Very good.”

“Don’t compliment me, it was Orlando who cooked.” Megan said.

“So everybody kiss the cook.” Orlando said. The other guys got up and kissed Megan, who only smirked at Orlando.

“I think pasta deserves champagne. Who wants a drink?” Megan asked. Billy, Dom, Orlando and Sean raised their hands like schoolboys.

Elijah opted for his water.

Megan sat on her deck casually sipping her champagne as the sound of the ocean ahead got louder as the hours dwindled. “Do you mind if a shy British boy joins you?” Orlando asked, poking his head out.

“Does the shy British boy have reason to be here?” Megan asked, grinning.

“Well, other than wondering why you’re out here in this god-awful heat, the shy British boy doesn’t have any other reason.” Orlando replied, stepping out, and leaning against the railing.

“It’s where I go after a nice long day. Enjoy a glass of champagne listen to the ocean.” Megan replied, getting up next to him. “If I don’t watch the ocean I just sit and listen to it. I end up falling asleep here sometimes.”

“It is nice, isn’t it.” Orlando replied. “I’d like living here, with actual sun and seasons.” Megan looked at Orlando, who returned her gaze and grinned. “You know, I feel a tender moment coming along.”

Megan laughed and leaned in for a kiss, but was interrupted as the skies started to pour. “Trust my luck. I think Viggo had some act in this.”

Considerably dripping, Orlando grinned. “He just might have. I guess this means our plane ride back won’t be leaving.”

“Don’t bank on it. Storms in the summer are deadly.” Megan replied, as she entered her apartment.

“Does this mean we’re staying with you?” Dom asked.

“Yes, yes it does, actually.” Megan replied. “Would you like some clothes to change into? I’d give you some from the ex-boyfriend bin, but that would be highly offensive to such wonderful men.”

“Ex-boyfriend bin?” Dom asked.

“Yes, we should make an expedition to the incinerator tonight and have it be gone.” Megan replied.

“Yes!” Billy and Dom grinned as she went into her room. She came back out and threw what were, to her, oversized sweatpants and shirts.

“Change and be merry. After that we can watch a movie.” Megan replied, going back into her room to change into her pjs.

Billy, Dom and Megan were off burning her ex boyfriends’ clothes in the incinerator. That left Sean, Elijah, and Orlando in her living room watching the Australian news, which covered the monsoon-like weather.

“Can you believe this? With this weather we could be here for days!” Elijah muttered.

“It’s better than risking flying out there.” Sean replied.

“Yes, Mr. ‘I direct the helicopters during filming.’” Elijah replied.

“Pete’s not going to be too happy about this.” Orlando replied.
“I don’t think you mind it though.” Sean grinned.

“What? What are you talking about?” Orlando replied.

“You’re a sad case Orlando. We were watching you, just because you’re outside doesn’t mean we can’t see you.” Elijah grinned. Sean and Elijah started laughing as Orlando buried his head into his chest.
