Chapter 10

I waited for three days after Lij had left to put my plan to action. I sat on a plain to Canada. "So, what are you going to Canada for?" A teen-ager next to me asked. "To visit my boyfriend, he's working there." I said. "Wow! That's cool. I'm just going to visit family." She said. I saw the notebook she had oh her lap. The cover had the words Elijah Wood written all over it. "I like your notebook." I said. "You like Elijah?" She asked. "Love him." I said showing her the magazine I was looking at that had him on the cover. She smiled. "My mom doesn't like him anymore. Not after she saw this picture of him." She said showing me a picture of Elijah grabbing Franka's ass. It was taken when they were dating. I made a face at it. "I can't stand Franka, she's icky. I heard that awhile ago she attacked the girl Elijah's dating right now." She turned to another page where I saw a bunch of pictures of me. There were ones of Lij and I when we were young, and in high school, and a bunch from the DVD party. "Wow." I said. "Her name's Forever, that's such a cute name. She's really nice too. She's good friends with Billy, I read that on his website. He calls her Little Girl and Lij and her grew up together." She said. "Um, yeah. I heard." I said. She looked up at me then back down at the notebook. "You look a lot like her." She said. "Really? Cool." I said. "So, what do you think about Franka?" She asked. "She's evil." I said. "Totally! I don't think it was such a good idea for Forever to let Elijah go and do that new movie with her." She said. "Oh, I don't know. I think he loves Forever and not Franka." I said. "We can all hope." She said. My cell phone rang. "Hello, oh hey Billy. Um…just running some errands. That noise, um…I'm close to the airport…really close. What? He wants to talk to me. Yeah, I know I didn't return his calls, I was busy. Don't put him…Hi Lijey!" I said. The teen-ager turned and looked at me. "I know, I'm sorry. Have you been around her? Yeah, I bet she was, typical for her. Are you having a good time without me. No, I'm not mad. Did you get my autograph? Oh thank you! Dom did WHAT? Well, I can barley hear you. I'll talk to you soon. I love you too, and Lijey please, don't mess with her. She's out to get you, and I don't want to loose you." I said. "I know, tell everyone hi. Tell Billy he needs to get a new picture on his site, there's a REALLY scary one there now." I said laughing. "Bye, I love you." I said hanging up. "Sorry, boyfriend." I said. "I'm Heather, you are?" She asked. "Eve." I said. "Evelyn?" She asked. "No, Forever." I said. "I knew it! You looked like her because you ARE her!" She said. I was thanking God the plain was landing. I grabbed my one bag with my laptop in it. I got off the plain before I had to answer her. I needed to go to where the movie was being filmed. When I got there I looked for some way to sneak in. I found a fence totally out of view. I could do this. I jumped fences and snuck into places, when I was a kid, all the time. I climbed the fence, but lost my balance and fell to the ground. I landed on my arm. It hurt like hell. I tucked it close to me and snuck to the trailer that said Elijah Wood. I saw a little window that I could fit through. I tried to jump and grab onto it, but I only managed to fall onto my arm. My eyes started to water, the pain was too much. I started to cry. "What the hell was that?" I heard a familiar voice ask. Billy! Thank god! I thought. He and Hannah walked to where I was. "Shit! Little Girl! What are you doing here?" He asked. "I came to see Lij." I said. "I knew something wasn't right when I called you." He said. "What's wrong? Why are you crying?" He asked. "I think I broke my arm or wrist." I said. "Oh! God! Come with me to my trailer." He said helping me to his trailer. I got in and sat down. "You need to go to the hospital." Hannah said. "But I want to see Elijah." I said. "Not now, when we get back. Come on." Hannah said. "Bye Billy." I said. Hannah got me into the car and drove to the hospital. I didn't break it, just cracked the bone. I had to have a sling. Hannah drove back to the shoot. "Ok, now be careful! Now don't let Franka see you." She said. I got out, and went into Billy's trailer. I saw sitting sleeping I smiled. I leaned down, and whispered. "Hey babe." He jumped. "Franka! Leave me alone! God!" He said. I raised my eyebrows. "Franka?" I asked. His eyes flew open. "What the hell are you doing here? You're gonna get in big trouble if you get seen. What happened to your arm? Are you OK?" He asked. "I fell, twice. Once jumping the fence, and once trying to climb into our trailer. It's just cracked. All is well." I said. "I missed you Franka has followed me around sense I got here. I snuck in here to get some rest from her." He said. I smiled, and kissed him. "I missed you too. I got a mini-bio on myself on the way here." I said. He laughed. "Anything you didn't know?" He asked. "No, it was all basically right." I said. He laughed and kissed me again. "Lij! I finally found you." I heard. "Shit." I said. "Why are you here? You're not supposed to be here!" Franka said. I backed away from her. "Please, don't hurt me!" I said. "She glared at me then ran out. "You need to leave NOW!" He said. Too late security was already there. "Hi guys." I said. "Ma'am you can't be on the set. We're going to have to escort you out." They said. I smiled and nodded. "OK, bye Lij. I'll see you tonight." I said. "Where?" He asked. "Café on 6th. You can't miss it." I said. "I love you." He said. "Love you too." I said following the guys. "Thanks guys. Keep up the good work." I said as they shut the gate on me. "BYE FRANKA! I HOPE WHATEVER CRAWLED UP YOUR ASS AND DIED DIDN'T HURT TOO MUCH." I yelled. She fingered me, and went into her trailer. "Love you too." I said. I heard laughs, and saw Dom and Mandy Moore signing autographs. "Nice to see you little girl." Dom said. "You too. Did you enjoy my performance? She really does love me." I said. "Oh, vary much so." He said. "Hi, I'm Mandy, you must be Forever, Elijah talks non-stop about you." Many said. "I'm a huge fan." I said. "That's what he said. I'm glad I finally get to meet you." She said. "What happened to your arm?" Dom asked. "Oh, just cracked it, nothing to harsh." I said. "Well, love, I've got to be going." Dom said. "Go with Elijah tonight. We're all going out. Tell Billy and Hannah, and Mandy, you're more then welcome to come along." I said. "Thank you, but I've got an early morning. Next time I will though." She said. They both walked away after saying good-bye. I walked down the street not knowing were I was going, but basically just walking. I stopped at a clothing shop. I wanted to surprise Lij with a good-looking outfit. I walked in. I looked through the pants and skirts, and ended up picking a mid-thigh length. Then I went to the shirts. I spotted the cutest shirt. It was a white baby-T with red arms, and on the front there was a red heart that said I love you on it. I paid for it, and started to a hotel. I'd need one. My phone rang. "Hello." I said. "Hey you." I heard Lij said. "Hey!" I said. "So what are you doing?" He asked. "Looking for a hotel to stay at." I said. "Ah fun. What time are we all meeting up?" He asked. "What time do you get off work?" I asked. "4:30." He said. "We'll meet oh the corner of Ashton and 4th at 5:30." I said. "Ok, we'll see you then. Have fun today." He said. "You know I will." I said. "I love you." He said. "Love you too." I said. I hung up the phone, and got to a hotel. I got a room, and went up to it. I took the pain medication the doctor gave me and watched TV. I also made a few phone calls. When 4:30 rolled around I got dressed and headed out at 5. Sure enough Lij, Hannah, Dom, and Billy were waiting. "Good evening everyone. Lij nice to see you." I said. "I like the outfit, vary cute. Where are we going?" He asked. "It's a secret." I said. "Oh! Tell us!" Hannah said. "Bar." I said. "How exciting." Hannah said sarcastically. "Oh bite it!" I said. We all set off for the bar. When we got there no one was there, and there were birthday decoration everywhere. Including a huge banner that said Happy birthday Elijah, sorry I missed it. I had signed the corner of it. He looked at me confused. "I never got to celebrate your birthday with you. So I am now!" I said. He smiled and gave me a kiss. "You're great." He said. The DJ started playing some new songs. I smiled, and pulled Lij to the dance floor. We started dancing. Dom and Hannah got drinks and started dancing, while Billy got a drink but just sat alone. "OH! I almost forgot! I have a gift for you too Billy! And it's hiding behind door number 1." I said as Mindy walked out from behind the bar. "MINDY!" Billy said giving her a hug and a kiss. I smiled. "Oh! Lijey! I got a gift for you." I said. "Other then you, and the party, and that cute little outfit you're wearing?" He asked pinching me on my side. I squirmed away. "I'm ticklish there!" I said. I walked to the table where my gift was all wrapped up. "I got this forever ago, for you, but I didn't know when to give it to you." I said. I handed him it. He opened it reveling a large frame with a Smashing Pumpkins CD cover and 4 gold CDs around it. The CD cover was signed by each of the members and it had his name on it. He was at a loss for words. "How…how did you find this?" He asked. "It took a lot of doing, I managed to have Kelly Osbourne track them down, I called them, and here it is." I said. He smiled. "It's the best! I just…I can't believe you got this!" He said. I smiled and kissed him. "Happy birthday." I said. He was about to say something when his cell phone rang. "Hello?" He said picking it up. He rolled his eyes. "You know what? Let me stop you before you get all emotional. You've been an ass for forever! You annoy the hell out of me, and last but not least, I will NEVER date you again. Good-bye!" He said hanging up. I looked at him confused. "Franka." He said. I was shocked that he would say all that to her, but I smiled and kissed him. "Ding dong the witch is dead, the witch is dead, the witch is dead. Ding dong the witch is really dead!" I sang. He laughed. "Let's have a good time." He said. We danced, drank, and had a great time the rest of the night. It was the best night I've had in a long time.
