After returning form spain, Curtis, spurred by a fear of Stockwell turns traitor to the Team and they are court martialed and convicted on a higher charge, that of 1st degree murder of Col. Morrison. After they are sentenced to be executed, Stockwell offers the Team a deal if they can free themselves and agree to work for him on a fixed number of clandestine missions he would get them a Presidential Pardon.
