A young native American enlists the aid of the A-Team in saving a herd of wild mustangs which are being rounded up by a rancher named Carter (Morgan Woodward) who is shipping them into Mexico for slaughter despite their protected status. After agreeing to help out, Hannibal and the unit arrive in Arizona and accost Carter's henchmen. Meanwhile, the Army dispatches maverick Col. Roderick Decker (Lance LeGault) to round up the A-Team in the wake of Lynch's failure. Decker turns out to be an overzealous go-getter and will stop at nothing to apprehend the fugitive soldiers-for-hire. - IMDB

Decker: We both know what you're saying, General, so let's not dance around the floor once. Everyone heard the reports from 'Nam on these guys. They were the best, because they're fast, sharp, and unorthodox. The way to catch men like this are to play by their rules, which means... there are none. General: What I'm interested in, Colonel, are results. I don't expect detailed reports on the whats, hows, or whens of their apprehension, I just want to know that it's done.
Hannibal: Now who did you scam to spring for this little extravaganza? Face: No, no, no, no, no, that's just it, Hannibal. In Hollywood, when you get someone else to pay the freight, you're not scammin', you're producin'.
Carter: Well, honey, I keep telling you you gotta grip with your knees. Carters Goon: Keeps you from bouncing around and hurting.... yourself.

In this episode Faceman's latest scam is to produce films setting up a Production Company called "Miracle Films" with the tagline "If its a good film, its a miracle". This is in fact a genuine Production Company/Distributor with exact same tagline responsible for such films as Insatiable (1980) and Bubba Ho-tep from 2002.
