If you pack for feiseanna the way I do (last minute and halfway out the door), then you'll know it's easy to forget things. Here's a list to try to prevent that.

Hair Essentials
Hairspray
A bag to put the curlers in
A hairnet
Bobby pins
Scrunchies, a headband, etc.

Keeping Safe and Cool
Sunscreen
A folding chair or two for an outdoors feis
A sit-upon or blanket
A three-legged, folding stool
An umbrella--sun and rain protection
Moleskin
Band-aids
Plenty of water
Tylenol or something for pain relief
A change of clothes

Other Essentials
Safety pins
Your shoes, neatly polished, plus regular shoes
Socks or tights. Bring two pairs. No, three.
Your costume(s)
A dress cover and garment bag
Kickpants
Dress shields
A schedule of the feis, if the teacher provided it
Money
A pen or two
Patience
Something to do while you wait
Something healthy to eat (oranges, pretzels, etc.)
