This section's goal is to help you get the most of your at-home and class practices. Some sections focus more on home practice than class, but most of this can be applied to either situation.

The Tips section has general pointers about practice.

The Dance Bag lists what every dancer needs in the dance bag. There are just some things that everyone needs.

The Drills section has exercises and warm-ups to work different muscles and improve your dancing.

The Stretches section is about stretches. Easy enough to figure out.

The Routine section offers a sample structure for practicing at home. If you know you need to practice, but don't know where to start, or if you want to practice more effectively, this is for you.

The Injuries section helps you treat and prevent injuries.

The Motivation section is supposed to help you get out of a lurch, get out of your chair, and go practice!
