This is another really nice community tank fish.  Not really aggressive but can hold its own against more aggressive Cichlids.  I had these in my 75 gallon along with my other Lake Malawi Mbuna Cichlids and it was a very active and colorful tank.

Adult size:  8.0 cm

Breeding Information:
Mouth brooder like most Lake Malawi Cichlids.  It is a good idea to have several females per male so the males attention is spread out.  These guys will hold there fry for up to 21 days but letting them go sooner is common.  See my breeding page for more information.
