Moros y Cristianos
(Morish and Christians)
Two parallel lines are drawn
on the floor. These lines are separated about 8 - 10 meters. There are
two teams, one of them is placed behind a line and the other team is placed
behind the other line.
A player starts the game.
He/she goes to the other team. The players of this team are waiting with
a hand in front of them. The player who arrives walks in front of the players
of the other team and suddenly hits the hand of a player, then he/she runs
trying to cross the line of his/her team. The hit player tries to touch
it before it happens. If the player who hit cross his/her line without
being touched for the other player, this last player is out. If the player
who hit is touched before crossing his/her line, the player who hit is
out. Is the turn of the other team to spend a player to hit another player.
The game goes on and stops when a team has lost every player.
There are noncompetitive
variations of this game:
1. Nobody is goes out. The
person has to change team. The game finishes when everybody is in the same
team.
Se trazan en el suelo dos
líneas paralelas separadas una cierta distancia. Los jugadores se
reparten en dos grupos cada uno de los cuales se coloca detrás de
una de las líneas trazadas en el suelo.
Un jugador de uno de los
equipos inicia el juego, para ellos avanza hacia el otro equipo, cuyos
jugadores lo esperan con una mano estirada hacia adelante. El jugador que
llega va pasando por delante de los otros y cuando quiere golpea a cualquiera
de los del otro equipo en una de sus manos, corriendo rápidamente
hacia su campo perseguido por el jugador golpeado.
Si el jugador golpeado atrapa
al que lo golpeó antes de que éste logre llegar hasta su
campo, este último se elimina. En caso contrario se elimina el perseguidor.
El juego prosigue enviando
el equipo que recibió el golpe a uno de sus jugadores a golpear
al otro equipo. El objetivo de ambos equipos es eliminar a todos los jugadores
del equipo contrario.
Existe una variante no competitiva
de este juego en la cual el jugador no se elimina sino que cambia de equipo.
El juego finaliza cuando todos los jugadores forman parte de un mismo equipo.
