Pelota pared (Ball
Wall)
You need a tennis ball, a chalk
and a wall to play this game. At first, draw a parallel line to the floor
with the chalk about one meter of it.
Every player has a number.
The player with the number one has to bounce the ball on the floor and
hit it with his hand throwing the ball against the wall calling another
number. The player who has the called number has to hit the ball before
it bounces twice on the ground and call another number, and go on.
One player fails if he isn't
able to hit the ball before the second bounce or if the ball hit on the
wall under the line drawn on it. When a player fails he is out. The last
player is the winner.
There is a variation of
this game called BURRO (Donkey). In "burro", the first time that a player
fails he has the first letter of the word "burro", the B. The second time
he has the U, and go on. When a player completes the word "burro" he lost
and he usually has to do something to play again. |

Para jugar a este juego
necesitas una pelota de tenis o similar, tiza y una pared.
Se traza en la pared una
línea paralela al suelo aproximadamente a un metro de distancia
del mismo. Los jugadores se numeran. Aquel que tiene el número uno
hace botar la pelota en el suelo y la golpea con la palma de su mano en
dirección a la pared a la vez que dice otro número cualquiera.
El jugador que tiene el número nombrado debe devolver la pelota
antes de que ésta, después de golpear en la pared, bote dos
veces en el suelo. Al tiempo que golpea la pelota dice otro número
y así sucesivamente.
Un jugador falla si no logra
devolver la pelota antes del segundo bote o si ésta no golpea la
pared por encima de la línea trazada en ella. Cuando un jugador
falla se elimina, ganando la partida el último jugador que queda.
Existe una variante de este
juego que recibe el nombre de BURRO en la cual la primera vez que un jugador
falla se pone la letra B, la segunda vez la U y así sucesivamente
hasta que completa la palabra BURRO. El primer jugador que la completa
pierde y debe cumplir una penitencia del tipo de llevar a cuestas al resto
de los jugadores hasta un determinado lugar, pasar arrastrándose
por debajo de las piernas de todos ellos, etc. Una vez cumplida la penitencia
el juego comienza de nuevo.
