My Dad's Favourite Games
James is 35 years old and tells us about a game played when aged 9. My school break times: I liked to play “Tig” and also “Hide and go Seek”. My favourite school playground game:

My favourite playground game was football. How to play: I liked to play 5 a-side. You score a goal by kicking the ball into the net of the other team.  Once one of the teams has scored 3 goals then they have won.. You can pick fresh teams and begin again. It is played competitively, indoors by between 10 and 22A BA players - boys, aged from 9 years to 12 years.

What you need: A ball and goal frome and nets, a flat surface. Special game location, surface or design: A flat surface = playground, gym or grass. You can play on a grass pitch or an ash pitch. Special rhymes, songs or language used: When a team wins they might shout or sing, We are the Champions. (Craig Ferrie)
