Carrera en saco

Los participantes introducen
sus cuerpos de la cintura para abajo en un saco. Se colocan en hilera detrás
de una línea y a la voz de: “Salgan”, todos salen en carrera hacia
una meta que se ha estableccido con anticipación. El primero que
llegue a la meta es el ganador.
Sack-races
The players wear a sack and
put their feet into it. They stand behind a line on the ground and start
moving when they hear "Go!" They move forward, jumping or running toward
the final line or the goal that they have negotiated previously.
The winner is the first
who reaches the goal line.
