The Wheelbarrow
Two parallel lines should
be marked on the ground at forty-five feet distance. Players will stand
behind one of those lines, organised in pairs.
Each pair will build a wheelbarrow
together: both facing to the same direction, one must place himself in
front of the other, and put his hands on the ground. The other will hold
his/her partner's feet on his hands, and will put them on his hips. That
is the way of building the wheel-barrow.
When it sounds the order
to start, they run to the final line, to the goal.
The winner is the couple
who reaches the final line first.
Sometimes, to build up the
wheel-barrow, the players can stand face-to-face first, and try to build
up the wheelbarrow facing each other. They say that they have much more
fun, then!
