Musical Chairs
This is the folk game I am sending
you. My first thought is what folk game have we got! All our
games come from different countries because Australians come from all over
the world and bring games with them. For example, Chinese Skippy
and Ring around a Rosy.
One I can think of may be
Musical Chairs. First you put a chair for each person minus one in
a line. Then you play some music. The children skip around
the line of chairs until the music stops. When the music stops the
person who does not get a chair to sit on goes out. You go on and
on till there is only one chair left and then the person who gets to sit
on that chair out of the last two children wins.
