He first appeared 18 years ago, disappeared 8 years ago in Paris. 8 years later, KID suddenly reappeared in Tokyo, and started stealing stuff again, and is unstoppable as ever. He makes every crime he committed into a magic show. At the moment, his crimes are to be limitted within Japan. His major oponents at the moment are, Shinichi Kudo/Conan Edogawa, Saguru Hakuba and Ginzo Nakamori(?).
• The truth is, the KID disappeared 8 years ago in Paris was the KID I. The one that is committing crimes in Japan now is KID II (LOL). The first KID is Kaito Kubura's father, Toichi Kubura. He was killed by a secret organisation in Paris. 8 years later, Kaito pretends to be KID and wants to find out the truth about his father's death. KID has a lot of female followers(including Sonoko) since Kaito became the famous thief (^_^).
