Format

Because CD, via shn is the only format people are interested in trading for, I have not cataloged many of my tapes. I have included some of the better ones in my collection in the analog file as all shows are not in .shn format.

Grading

Grading is very subjective and time consuming. For the CD recordings I placed the information about them when available in a separate file and you can be the judge. For tapes,  I attempted to point out the best sounding tapes. Those graded A do sound quite good and you will not be disappointed. 

Comments 

The purpose of the comment sections in my list  is to note highlights. That way, I know my favorite parts and  which songs stood out.  Perhaps the information is helpful to you.

Trading

If you are interested in a trade email me [email protected]. I am a sucker for a good show. If you do not have a list just send a few ideas. 

Trading Criteria: 

• Shorten/Wav - Generally, I am not interested in  MP3 format, because there are better sources.
• Known Source - I like to know the lineage of recording when possible.
• Ripping - Good technology such as Exact Audio Copy (EAC) is used.
• Disc at Once - Surprisingly, I  have to mention this. 

GD Bootleg Policy

That a new medium of distribution has arisen - digital audio files being traded over the Internet - does not change our policy in this regard. All participants in such digital exchange acknowledge and respect the copyrights of the performers, writers and publishers of the music. This notice should be clearly posted on all sites engaged in this activity. We reserve the ability to withdraw our sanction of non-commercial digital music should circumstances arise that compromise our ability to protect and steward the integrity of our work.
