| Book reception venue. | |
| Book professional caterers and hire companies (if required) | |

| Decide what type of music and entertainment you would like for the ceremony and reception. | |
| Start thinking about your floral requirements. | |
| Shop together and decide on wedding rings. | |
| Start thinking about outfits for bridal party. Decide whether to buy, make or hire. | |

3 to 6 Months Before the Wedding

| Select and discuss your colour schemes and decorations for ceremony and reception. | |

| Finalise gift list. | |
| Book honeymoon. (Renew passport if required) | |
| Review details with all of your vendors and service providers. |
