Three consecutive wins for Sunrisers Hyderabad have seen it rise up the IPL points table and get right into the fight for a playoff spot. The team seems to have found a happy balance in its lineup and is looking to continue that winning run against the Punjab Kings.
Interestingly, Punjab Kings have also won three out of their five matches so far but they have been a bit more inconsistent than SRH from one match to the other.
It has now been three matches that SRH has been the underdog at all the IPL betting sites but has managed to spring a surprise. The same is the case this time around as well. Will it be fourth time in a row then?

PBKS has been brilliant at playing attacking T20 cricket and that has come with a few consistency challenges but it seems like the team is pretty committed to its way of playing. Now that Mayank Aggarwal and Shikhar Dhawan are also scoring runs, the batting order looks very strong.
We have already seen Liam Livingstone make a massive impact and Jonny Bairstow is never too far away from a big score either. The big-hitting prowess that Odean Smith promised seems to have been a bit lacking since he has not really done much after the first match he played. Shahrukh Khan and Jitesh Sharma, though, really seem to have a great ability to clear the boundaries as well.
In terms of the batting lineup, it is hard to consider a stronger team than PBKS at the moment.
The bowling is not too bad either. Kagiso Rabada and Arshdeep Singh have been very economical while also picking up important wickets. We think Rahul Chahar was also a great choice by PBKS and he has made an impact in most matches.
PBKS is going to be hard to stop in this contest, that is for sure.

SRH has played brilliantly in the previous three matches and is making the most of its resources. It did not have Washington Sundar for the previous match (and is likely to be without him once more) and also lost both of its openers quite cheaply.
A most astonishing inning by Rahul Tripathi ensured that SRH was not going to be short of runs in the previous match. He reach 50 off just 21 balls after which Aiden Markram accelerated through the middle and the match ended with almost three overs to spare!
There is unlikely to be any change in the SRH line-up for this match. The biggest strength for the team seems to be the form of Rahul Tripathi, Aiden Markram, and Nicholas Pooran but the bowling cannot be ignored either. T Natarajan seems to be back at his best, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar is getting movement with the new ball, and Umran Malik is a genuine pacer enforcing the proceedings in the middle. Marco Jansen is also doing his job very well with the ball.
The left-handed spinner J Suchith is going to be a weak link, though.
SRH is not the most fancied team in IPL 2022 but it has shown in the previous three matches just what it is capable of.
