During November P-40's raided Shinghbwiyan on the 11th causing heavy damage. IATF bombers intensified their campaign against Burma and Thailand, with B-24's bombing the marshaling yard at Mandalay on the 20th and 22nd, inflicting heavy damage. On the 30th B-24's attacked shipping at Port Blair in the Andaman Islands, beginning a series of raids on the water approaches to Burma.

     The CATF bombed shipping targets in the Gulf of Tonkin and Tien Ho Airfield at Canton on the 23rd. The strike followed 3 weeks of missions in support of Chinese forces along the Siang-Chiang River. On the 25th B-25s and P-40s crippled 3 freighters on the Pearl River near Canton. Shipping and harbor installations at Hong Kong were bombed on the 27th, and Hongay and Campho in French Indochina were hit on the 29th.

During the month the 9th Photo Reconnaissance Squadron based at Karachi sent a flight to operate from Kunming (the flight is expected to remain there until July 1943).

The 25th Fighter Squadron sent a detachment from Karachi to Sadiya with P-40s on the 6th.

On the 14th the 9th Bomb Squadron (H) began operating from Gaya with B-24s; The 436th Bomb Squadron (H) began a move from Allahabad to Gaya and the 492nd Bomb Squadron (H) began a move from Karachi to Gaya.

The detachment of the 11th Bomb Squadron (M) at Nanning returned to their base at Kunming on the 28th.

The 16th Fighter Squadron moved from Kweilin to Chenyi on the 29th.

The 9th Photo Reconnaissance Squadron moved from Karachi to Chakulia on the 30th.
