1.       Students entering college for the first time shall be enrolled upon presentation of their high school card (Form 138) as much other card as by my necessary to determine their eligibility for administration,  Graduates of the vocational courses (2-2 plan) who have not taken advance grammar shall be required to present enrollment slip from high school department on subjects correcting their deficiencies in the secondary course.

2.       Students transferring from another school, colleges or Universities where they started their college work shall be required to present an honorable dismissal from the institution last attended. However, students who desired to enroll in Mabini College for summer term only may do so with prior written permission of the registrar of the institution when he is in regular residence.

3.       Male students are required to present enrollment slip from the Department of Military Sciences and Tactics (DMST) room whether they are active, deferred or disqualified.

4.       The Mabini College have the right to deny administrations of the students whose attendance and scholarships are unsatisfactory and of these who are regarded as not in accordance with the ideals and standards which the college seek to maintain.

5.       Unless the students has not all the requirements for admission and has paid his down payment for the semester or summer is not entitled to college I.D.

6.       Submission of students pledge to the guidance center.
